Helping users manage their files

Users select the specific files they want to upload to the help desk and register them in SubmitIT. SubmitIT copies the files to an upload location on the network and sends an email notification to the help desk that includes a list of files that were uploaded.

When the remediation is complete, the help desk places the files in a unique download folder on the network. SubmitIT monitors the download folder and automatically downloads the files and notifies the desktop user of the download and the file's availability for use.
