Pinnacle Series Applications are comprised of the following applications:

Process Mapper™

The Process Mapper application is used to define your project and operational processes in a graphical environment. The dependency charts of the processes can be developed to the step level, where detailed instructions and ties to technology tools are made. The process definitions are stored in the Process Server and are made available to end users through the Task Navigator or through printed manuals and dependency chart plots. People who are responsible for improving processes within your organization typically use this application.

Task Navigator™

The Task Navigator is installed on end users’ machines to provide the step-by-step instructions, the executable links to the technology tools specified and the ability to record the fact that a task has been completed. If custom task attributes have been assigned, users input that specific information in the Task Navigator as well.

Workflow Monitor™

The Workflow Monitor application is used to create processes to monitor the execution of the project. When completing tasks in the Task Navigator, log task information towards a particular project. This information is also stored in the Process Server and is reported to project and personnel managers within the Workflow Monitor.
