Lisa Cuddemi - Company Secretary, Treasurer and Manager, Finance and Administration

Lisa Cuddemi has served as Manager, Finance and Administration as well as Company Secretary for ConverterTechnology since June 2000. In this role, she has managed all aspects of financial reporting and budgeting.  In addition, she has directed contract negotiations with large enterprise accounts as well as business and strategic partner agreements. Lisa brings over 20 years of experience in Accounting and management from her previous positions at First Union National Bank and Physicians Healthcare Plans.

Shawn Allaway - President

Shawn is a proven enterprise IT veteran with over two decades of experience driving revenue growth and streamlining operations. Shawn will continue to expand ConverterTechnology’s market share as a worldwide leader in file migration technology and related services. In addition, he will seek to expand ConverterTechnology’s portfolio of products and services through organic product development combined with strategic partnerships and acquisitions. Prior to his role as president, Shawn was vice president of sales and operations for ConverterTechnology and oversaw double-digit revenue growth during his time in role. Before joining ConverterTechnology in February 2009, Shawn held executive and senior management positions at NWN Corporation, Navisite, Navint Consulting and Surebridge.

Chris Davies - Manager of Technical Services

Chris Davies joined ConverterTechnology in February 2009. As Manager of Technical Services he is responsible for the delivery of consulting services delivery and support for customers and partners. Chris has 20 + years' experience in software solution consulting and customer service for a wide range of industries, most recently working with document management, project collaboration and product lifecycle management tools Chris has an extensive background managing large projects for major organizations ranging from Pharmaceutical Manufacturers to Civil Engineering Companies.

Chip Bates - Director of Product Development

Chip has served as Software Quality Assurance (SQA) manager for ConverterTechnology since June 2006. As of July of 2008 he now serves as Director of Product Development. In his role he has established and managed all aspects of SQA. In addition he has managed the customer assessments process, provides customer support, and defines and schedules product enhancements. Chip brings 10+ years of experience in SQA and management at GreatPlains and most recently Microsoft.
